# Terms and Conditions for the “MAZELAKI” online shop.

§ 1 Definitions

  • 1.1 Shop – the “MAZELAKI” online shop operated by the company MAZELAKI Ltd.
  • 1.2. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, making purchases in the Shop.
  • 1.3. Seller – the company MAZELAKI Ltd, with its registered office at 7 Pondwood Road, Crawley, England, RH10 1RW, registered in England, e-mail: info@mazelaki.co.uk.

§ 2 Contact with the Seller

  • 2.1 Contact with the Seller is possible via e-mail to the e-mail address provided and via the contact form available on the website of the Store.
  • 2.2 Correspondence sent to the indicated e-mail address is considered effective if the Customer has received confirmation of its receipt.

§ 3 Technical requirements

  • 3.1 To use the Store, the Customer must meet the technical requirements, such as Internet access, a web browser that meets certain standards and the activation of cookies.
  • 3.2 The Seller is not responsible for technical problems caused by the Customer, related to the telecommunication infrastructure or the Customer’s equipment.

§ 4 Shopping at the Shop

  • 4.1 The condition of making purchases at the Shop is registering an Account on the website of the Shop.
  • 4.2 The Shop offers a wide range of products and their presentation does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but only an invitation to make offers.
  • 4.3 The Customer may order products available in the Store’s offer and take advantage of possible promotions and discounts.

§ 5 Payments

  • 5.1 The Customer may make payment for the order through the available payment methods listed on the Store’s website.
  • 5.2 By making payment, the Customer confirms that he/she is entitled to use the given payment method.

§ 6 Order processing

  • 6.1 Orders are fulfilled within the time limit specified on the website of the Store. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer about the reasons and propose other solutions.
  • 6.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse processing an order in case of unavailability of goods or other justified reasons.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal

  • 7.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, but the product must not be used.
  • 7.2 Withdrawal from the contract requires a written declaration to be submitted to the Seller by e-mail to info@mazelaki.co.uk or by using the form available on the website of the Store.
  • 7.3 In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of making the declaration of withdrawal.
  • 7.4 The Seller shall refund the Customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

§ 8 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

  • 8.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-standard or perishable goods.
  • 8.2 The customer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of the delivery of goods which are by their nature unsuitable for return.

§ 9 Complaints

  • 9.1 Complaints concerning the quality of the goods should be sent to the e-mail address of the Seller: info@mazelaki.co.uk.
  • 9.2 Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt. If additional analyses are necessary, this period may be extended, of which the Customer will be informed.
  • 9.3 The Customer will be informed about the result of the complaint processing by e-mail.

§ 10 Personal data

  • 10.1 Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.
  • 10.2 The Customers’ personal data shall be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection law. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Shop website.

§ 11 Reservations

  • 11.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes shall come into effect as soon as they are published on the website of the Store.
  • 11.2 The Customer is obliged to regularly read the Terms and Conditions.

# Account Regulations

§ 1 Definitions

  • 1.1 Account – individual Customer’s account created on the Shop’s website, enabling the use of additional functions available to registered users.
  • 1.2 Password – an individual string of characters allowing access to an Account.
  • 1.3 Personal Data – information concerning the Customer, enabling his/her identification, such as first name, surname, e-mail address etc.

§ 2 Creating an Account

  • 2.1 In order to create an Account, the Customer must complete the registration form available on the Shop website, providing the required personal data and choosing a unique Password.
  • 2.2 The Customer is obliged to provide true, current and complete information when registering. If the data is changed, the Customer is obliged to update it in the

§ 3 Rights of the Customer

§ 4 Termination of Account

  • 4.1 The Customer may terminate the use of the Account at any time by notifying the Seller.
  • 4.2 The Seller reserves the right to block the Account in case of violation of the provisions of the Terms of Use.
  • 4.3 If the Account is blocked, the Seller shall immediately delete the Customer’s data related to the Account.

§ 5 Account security

  • 5.1 The Customer shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Password and not making it available to other persons.
  • 5.2 The Customer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of any unauthorised access to the Account.

§ 6 Reservations

  • 6.1 The Seller reserves the right to amend the Account Terms.
  • 6.2 Changes to the Account Terms and Conditions shall come into effect as soon as they are published on the website of the Shop.
  • 6.3 The Customer is obliged to regularly check the content of the Account Terms and Conditions.

Shipping options and times:

  • Royal Mail 24h – 4.19£ Parcels are delivered by courier companies – delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of parcel and the recipient’s address.

Orders are shipped on the next working day after purchase.
